Sajith&Sajesh Architects were established in Kerala, India in 2005, focusing on Modern Architecture with a Traditional Indian Twist. Each project from concept to completed design is in response to each individual project and client’s needs. Our trustworthy creative team will always pay full attention to every detail to guarantee your perfect satisfaction We believe architecture should enrich our physical and spiritual life experience and achieved by a full passion and total commitment to the project. we understand that architecture is not just a visual physical form, but is also create an atmosphere that generate a sense and influence our spiritual life during experiencing the space and architecture. Planning

We provide end-to-end solutions, beginning with meticulous planning. Every stage of design and execution is mapped out in advance to guarantee a smooth, flawless experience from start to finish.

Architecture

We provide architectural services that include conceptual design, technical details, and architecture & construction documents, along with the supervision during construction development.

Interior

We offer a creative and essential sense to produce a well design space, by implementing the harmony of light, the material scheme, and the selection of the furniture and the art works.

Landscape

We supply landscape design with the site analysis, as well as the details for the circulation, parking, vegetation, soft-scape, and hardscape.

Project Management Consultancy

Streamlined execution meets uncompromising quality. Our consultancy services provide the oversight needed to maintain elite quality and keep your project moving forward. We don't just manage buildings; we manage expectations and deadlines.

Design-Build Services

Our Design-Build service combines architecture and construction into a single, unified workflow. By handling everything under one roof, we ensure projects are aesthetically striking, fully functional, and strictly on budget.

How We Work

We like to work closely together with the client to understand their dream then we can help channel their dream and our ideas to become a reality.

Gather

We realize that the client’s vision about every project is important. In this phase, we sit together and brainstorm our ideas about the project value and the design approach. We also visit the project location to learn and analyze the surrounding area, the spaces, and the site potentials.

Concept Design

Once we agree upon our vision together with the clients, your "dream" villa or project is starting to take shape. We will work on the conceptual design. We will issue the site concept, 3D sketches, and mood pictures to show the design ambience. We develop and refine the design during this phase.

Technical details

God is in the details. We will coordinate with structure consultant and mechanical engineering consultant to plan ahead about all the technical needs of the building. We also recognize that the architectural details are the important part of our design. In this phase, we provide the detail drawings document for the construction needs.

Super Vision

We make sure the construction is in accordance with what we have been planning. We supervise our projects and give advice from the designer’s point of view. If needed, we will also provide details drawings which will support the contractor’s shop drawing.

Sajesh Kumar K C, Founder of Sajith & Sajesh Architects, leverages over 20 years of designing and construction expertise. A Bachelor of Technology graduate from Mahatma Gandhi University,Kerala and a Member of Institution of Engineers ,India (MIE), he uniquely integrates technical mastery with design innovation. He leads the firm’s architectural planning & designing, structural engineering, and project management sectors, maintaining a steadfast commitment to precision and quality-driven excellence.

Ar Sajithkumar KC / (B.Arch.) Principal Architect

Sajith Kumar K.C. is a distinguished architect and designer renowned for his context-driven approach to the built environment. As the Founder Principal of Sajith & Sajesh Architects, he brings over 20 years of expertise in design and construction. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the prestigious Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), providing him with a robust technical and artistic foundation that continues to inform his professional work.
